I have heard a lot about how tasty kale chips are, but have never eaten them or tried making them until now, and boy I can’t believe I waited so long! Delicious and super easy!!
- One bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Cut the leaf off the kale from the spine and chop up into “chip” size pieces. Put in a bowl and toss with olive oil until all is covered. Spread on a stone baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 20 minutes. Chips will shrink up. Place in a bowl and munch away. Surprisingly crunchy and addicting!
